The first three pictures were taken at Seretion polling station, houses were burnt two days before jubilee party primaries, while the fourth picture is of KDF helicopter cycling in the air around Tiaty constituency in Baringo County. A trail of KDF officers along the Loruk/Chemolinkot road. The last picture of women sited at Chesoo Polling station after missing their names on the party list.
The #KnockOutCorruption march was held on the 1st December 2015 to present a petition to state house and urge leaders to declare their wealth. The march started at Freedom Corner, Uhuru Park and protestors walked to State House to present the petition to Chief Justice Willy Mutunga.
Unfortunately the police were waiting at State House and they blocked the peaceful protestors before dispursing the crowd with teargas. Some of the protestors were arrested and then later released with a warning. It is believed they will plan another march for the 9th December.
The screening of Disputed Field was held on November 5th 2015. It was in partnership with the Team Courage project, which was an exhibition of photographs highlighting courageous individuals who paid a heavy price for Kenya to be where it is today. The screening began at 6:30pm, and audience were between 300 - 400 people.
The screening was held in Ganze, Kilifi County on Sunday 18th October. The film screened was a 'Unfinished Business - What it means to be poor in the land of Presidents', and the facilitator was Maina Kiai. There were approximately 150 people who showed up for the screening.
